BENEFITS FOR VUELING CUSTOMERS
Acting in conjunction with the Vueling airline company, GIS developed, implemented and marketed the Vueling Pass customer loyalty programme. It includes a card that provides access to VIP lounges and preferential boarding service at leading airports where Vueling operates. It also includes additional services such as Fast Lane.
Putting technology to good use, GIS implemented the programme in Europe, created a website with its own sales platform, and developed all the Vueling customer-attention procedures.
The success of the Vueling Pass programme led us to extend the range of business services available to Vueling's Excellence customers.
